A wonderful community event that explored the rich industry of Upper Edmonton past & present. There was an exhibition unearthing the industrial heritage of the area and how this landscape has changed. We had a textile workshop inspired by the old Edmonton Coat of Arms; spoken word poetry by local poet Keith Mowatt; a presentation from historian Jim Lewis; and mesmerising Krump dance performances by Joshua Nash.
